Terms of Service

Agreement and operator
These terms are an agreement between you and MEET KAI LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company, which operates KaiBuilds. By using a site, software product, subscription, or digital product that links to these terms, you agree to them. Product-specific order pages or terms control if they conflict with these general terms.
Products and delivery
KaiBuilds develops and distributes software subscriptions, digital tools, content, and related services. The applicable product page describes the current features, price, currency, billing interval, trial, and delivery or access method. Digital access is normally provided online or by email after successful payment or verification.
Accounts, payments, and subscriptions
You must provide accurate information and protect account or management links. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified provider. Recurring subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse a service, interfere with its security, access it unlawfully, distribute malware, violate another person’s rights, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use it for deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access needed to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
Ownership
MEET KAI LLC and its licensors retain rights in the products, software, design, and content. A purchase grants only the limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right described for that product. You retain ownership of materials you submit and grant us the rights reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.
Third parties and affiliate links
Some pages link to third-party products or contain disclosed affiliate links. Third parties set their own pricing, terms, fulfillment, refunds, and privacy practices. We may earn a commission without increasing your purchase price. We do not control or warrant third-party offerings.
Availability and disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rankings, revenue, business outcomes, or compatibility with every system. We may change or discontinue features while honoring legal and contractual obligations.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEET KAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Puerto Rico will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact connor@kaicalls.com before filing a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue.
