Who we are

KaiBuilds is operated by MEET KAI LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company. This policy applies to kaibuilds.com and products that expressly link to it. A product-specific policy controls if it states different terms.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business or project details, support messages, and transaction-related information. Our servers may also record IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, timestamps, and basic usage or security logs.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, support, and improve our products and websites.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and account requests.
• Respond to inquiries and, when you consent, contact you by phone.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical failures; meet legal and accounting duties.
• Measure which distribution and product experiments produce useful results.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with vendors that provide payment processing, hosting, communications, analytics, security, and customer support, including Stripe when you purchase through Stripe. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or services, or in connection with a business transaction.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual and accounting records, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. No system is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal exceptions. You may opt out of optional communications; phone follow-up occurs only where consent or another lawful basis exists.

Children and international use

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you use our services outside Puerto Rico or the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.
