Refunds & cancellation

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time using the product’s billing-management link or by emailing connor@kaicalls.com. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless a product page states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and access continues until then.

Trials and promotions

Trial length, card requirements, conversion date, and promotional conditions are displayed before checkout. Cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid the first paid charge. A trial may be limited to one per customer or business.

Refund eligibility

Subscription charges and delivered digital products are generally nonrefundable once the applicable billing period or access begins. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, failure to deliver access, material technical defects we cannot remedy, unauthorized transactions, or another requirement of applicable law. A product-specific guarantee displayed at checkout will also be honored.

How to request help

Email connor@kaicalls.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the purchaser email, product, charge date, and reason, but never send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

One-time digital purchases and third parties

For one-time digital purchases, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after download, delivery, or access. Affiliate and third-party purchases are charged and refunded by the merchant shown at checkout; contact that merchant under its policy. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly. This request does not waive your rights with your card issuer or under applicable law.
